Yes Phear Me You Foo is me, and yes i helped to develop yellow way and i've always been a member of DVDF (you might remember me as Crowster). I'd lie if i said that Yellow way aint a fun build to run, but it's really not hard to run and so on. And my view of DVDF is some of the best players in this community helping eachother out and can rule any area in this game without having to search for an xxxx with that special build, but just throw throw and amount of players together and finnish of that specific quest/mission/elite area that someone needed or just simply do it for fun. And i might be the wrong person to write that most of DVDF run yellow/Ursan way, but that's the view that i've got of you guys recently by talking to some friends that's still in DVDF. My point is that i had more respect for that DVDF that cleared FoW and Tombs with all mesmer teams with the same speed as a normal team than a DVDF that's running DoA ursanway or yellowway. but then again, i might be wrong. But it's the view i've got of DVDF atm. ----- And i'll still stick to WM and EviL, and for a single person within PvP it's a one man race, Power Of My Rangers. The guild I enjoyed watching most was actually Wash Machine, playing their spirit/hex/condi-spam build, because they just raped pretty much every team (with the exception of a few guilds, I believe they got owned by Prizewinning Hogs once) Yes, I know it was a lame build, but it was still very amusing to obs.
Anyways, list of the best guilds imo: Team Everfrost Virtual Dragons Sweetie Animal Girl War Machine The Last Pride I Guild I The Benecia Renovatio Idiot Savants Clan Detained Storm Bearers Treacherous Empire |

I generally PVE, and from the times I've been in a random group with SMS (was like over 2 months ago XD) and LaZY their members were very good.
However, I would also shamelessly nominate my old guild SNOW and my present TAM in terms of PVE skill. In PVP, all those good ol names. |

Rites of Passage was my first guild, and a great one too.
It's primarily PvE, and it had a site of its own (I dunno if it's still up anymore). However, most players were in the mediterranean timezone, so players in the U.S. will have less guildies to meet up with. Also, despite the strong code of conduct, I must admit there have been some less-than-desirable and discrimnatory members lurking around when the officers weren't around. |

i know the days [evil] were (seemly) unbeatable, until this guild named: sacrament of the waooru came along.
it was clearly the days of the asians. though of course TE, iQ, PnH, val, ew and wm kicked azz to. i remember ppl saying evil hacked the game since noone could beat them. *good times**good times* |

I don't have much respect for WM. There leader is just a cockface and his greedness actually made EviL. If he wasn't so greed he would of had best team ever in GW. WM team after EviL guys didn't reach EviL's level at any point.
I'd list Valandor also, the first 7~ months of GW Valandor was unbeatable, hold Halls as long as they wanted and had no losses on GvG and was only guild able to take WM down during E3 games. Too bad they got some inactivity problems (mostly cause of wait times and easy matches) and other guilds reached there skill level and EviL even went above them. After GWWC skill hasn't been as big factor in GW as Build Wars so any guilds after that doesn't fit in my list. |

- Vel P.S.: There are no best Guilds, just great players. After GWWC, things started changing as newer campaigns were added and that made a lot to juggle with. If I have to pick one guild in GvG space it will be Last pride of course for unbelievable team co-ordination and having solid players in it. No one achieved the level of name recognition of Last of Master, Bloodlight Eyes or Soul Wedding. It was amazing to see Star and Soul positioning themselves in the matches. HA Guild wise, I used to love the name of Noble Savages guild call mTv pimp my guild hall or something it was called that ran 8 monk obsi spike; lame but w/e. And in PvE Space, of course I like DVDF for their Pig Foundation. I got me a mini pig too. Last edited by Vel; Jan 29, 2008 at 07:13 PM // 19:13.. |

In my days, getting crushed by EviL was no problem since I knew they were apparently good in this game we called Guild Wars.
Funniest name of Guild I regularly saw was "Ward Against Noobs" winning hall of heroes |

I would have to go with either WM, or Evil... I was around in the betas and it was always a competition to see that little phrase comin across your chat.
*War Machine [WM] has won a battle in the hall of heroes" or vice versa. My guild at the time went against them... =/ we had no chance lol. |
